Injection Molding	Injection molding is a manufacturing process widely used for plastic bottle production, which is also known for its high-volume production capacity, low cost per part and good tolerances. In each injection molding cycle, melt resins are filled into the cavities of the mold via the barrel of the press, and ejected from the cavity when the process is done. Blow Molding	In contrast to injection molding where the plastic part is formed in a single injection steps, blow molding creates an intermediate form of product called parison or a preform like that of glassblowing, and thereafter use compressed air to blow it into the desired shape. Contract Manufacturing Capabilities

Our glass container contract manufacturing covers both mold-induced bottles and tubular bottles. We have plenty of experience in dealing with Borosilicate Glass,Treated Soda-Lime Glass and Soda-Lime Glass with applications to glass containers of different volume and that has either wide or narrow neck.

Mold-induced glass container	Blow and Blow Process: The Blow and Blow process is used to create narrow containers. It also requires an IS machine, where gobs of molten glass are gravity fed into the mold. Choice of Materials

Glass is principally made up of silica (59-80%) with varying degree of calcium oxide (5-12 %) ,sodium oxide (12-17 %), aluminium oxide (0.5-3.0 %), barium oxide, boric oxide, potassium oxide, and magnesium oxide. Glass containers are classified into Type I glass, Type II glass, Type III glass and Type IV glass based on their degree of chemical/hydrolytic resistance to water attack. We will be introduce the type I,II, and III that is used widely in packaging industry.

Type I - Borosilicate Glass	Type I Borosilicate glass offers the best resistance to thermal shock and also superior chemical resistance and therefore is commonly used for chemical laboratory equipment due to its superior durability, chemical and heat resistance.
Type II - Treated Soda-Lime Glass	This is a modified type of Type III Sola-Lime Glass with a high hydrolytic resistance resulting from suitable treatment of the inner surface of a type III glass with sulfur. This is done to remove leachable oxides and thus prevents blooming/weathering from bottles
Type III - Soda-Lime Glass or Soda-Lime-Silica Glass	Type III glass is an untreated soda lime glass with average chemical resistance. It contains 75% silica, 15% sodium oxide, 10% calcium oxide, small amounts of aluminium oxide, magnesium oxide, and potassium oxide.
